ok fitday dont seem to be working for wotever reason and ive been told that i should keep a journal on here...so here goes

ive been going to the gym for about 6-7 weeks and im loving, i used to do alot of weights at home on a weight bench but didn really know what i was doing. i thought doing lots of bench pressing would make me big tuttut
i then started to lost my motivation for it and joined a gym, from speaking to franco (FAngel) and browsing these boards i have learnt quite a bit but i still have alot more to learn, so if you see something that dont look right, plese point it out, cos the best way to learn is from mistakes.

my goals

im about 6"1, 205lbs, i want to get up to about 225 pounds with about an 8-10 BF %

my diet consists of

chicken breats
tuna
poached eggs and wholeweat toast
8oz steaks
pasta
potatoes (from no on just sweet)
and assorted vegetables and fruits

ok starting from today

13/04/2002

8.00 - 3 poached eggs on 2 wholeweat pieces of toast, just ate the whites

9.00 - spent 25 mins on the running machine

10.30 - Met-rx protein shake

1.00 - about 35g of pasta, 1 chicken breast, lettuce and pineapple

4.00 - about 35g of pasta, half a tin of tuna, 1 tin of heinz baked beans

6.00 - cup of tea, 1 sugar, skimmed milk, 3 hobnobs, i chocolate digestive .. NOOOOOOOO

err going from memory as i forgot to update this

saturday

8.00 - 3 poached eggs on two slices of toast

9.00 - 30 mins on running machine at gym

10.00 - met-rx protein shake

1.00 - 1 chicken breast, pasta

4.00 - tuna, whole tin of beans, pasta

7.00 - protein shake

midnight - 2 chicken breasts, 2 slices of toast

(had a couple of beers today which is why the last meal is so pathetic

sunday

11.00 - 3 poached eggs on two slices of wholeweat toast

2.00 - tuna, baked beans and pasta (couldnt finish)

3.00 - 2 pints of fosters

6.00 - sunday roast

12.00 - ordered a pizza, managed just under half, cos i was looking at it and it made me feel sick - so gave it to my bro
damn waste of a tenner

monday

12.00 - fruit and fibre, apple and banana + 1 slice of pizza from te night before ...cold :o(

2.00 - protein shake

- college

6.00 - 2 chicken breasts, pasta

thats all so far today ... still feel really full at the moment

was also supposed to go to the gym this mornng, but becuae i got up so late, im gonna try and get down there tomorro morning before college

2 reps of 30 on stomach cruncher

4.00 - protein shake + 2 tablespoons of dextrose

5.00 - chicken breast, pasta

9.45 - 2 chicken breasta, jacet potato with a bit of butter, protein shake + table spoon of dextrose
