I personally see, and definitely feel a lot of difference. I don't really notice too much size gains, but so many lifts went up. What do you guys think for 4 months?

1.) Arm flexed

2.) Back flexed (to me, the least changed. my shoulders however, to me, look bigger)

3.) Front relaxed

Overall, I'm pretty happy about my 4 month progression I guess. I gained about 6-7 pounds which was near my target. Not as big of a change obviously as a year would be, but I'd like to do this every so often.

definite progress man, though you kinda cheated in the third picture with the lighting and standing closer to the mirror. But regardless, most excellent for 4 months. How'd the combine go?

I was trying to get the lighting as close as possible, but when the first picture was taken, one of the lights in my 4 light thing above my mirror was out. So I just went for it and centered myself as best I could. Thanks for the feedback.

Combine went well, about as good as I expected. I had the highest bench in the group I was in of 9th graders. We had to do 135 as many times as we can, and I got 24 up. Vertical was highest on my team, 27. I do have to get a bit faster though if I want to be a runningback. Only ran a 5.17 40 and a shuttle of 4.84. That can be worked on though. Definitely was a good thing to go so young though so I can go back my junior year and get some college interest.

damn...is it good to lift weights at that age though?

From what I've read/told/experienced, it's not that bad. Apparently, I can stun growth but I'm 5'8 1/2 and still growing so that hasn't happened...and working out just makes me feel better.
