What are some good snack/dinner recipes; gainer

I am looking for some high cal/protein snacks, and dinner meals in order to gain weight. Any good recipes that I can take to school? Since I have recess, lunch, and after school break while being confused on what I should eat.

I like peanut butter sandwiches during my breaks and lunch at lunch :) If you have shakes, then down a few of them as well.
