I have been powerlifting for approximately 5 years. I focus mainly on bench due to a slipped disc and back surgery... I have been stuck at 520 forever!!! I bench heavy once a week..and try speed sets later in the week if work allows me to... I really do not a have a certain work-out regimen. Any ideas to help get me more weight? Thanks

Try speed work? It does not sound like you are consistent. What's your assistance work. Try the Westside Barbell routine for bench. I'm sure Travis will chime in. He is our resident WSB expert.

is the 520 equipped or raw?

It is equipped...single ply, My assistance consists of board work, rack lockouts, some band work, then triceps.....
