Hey guys. Im about 5' 10" 185 lbs. about 15% BF and im going to start an official bulk once May hits and carry it out until at least September when ill reassess and decide where to go from there. I want to run a pretty clean bulk. Im looking for size and strength and will be running Starting Strength. Heres what my bulk diet will look like i just wanted to bounce it off you guys and see what you thought to make sure it was in line. I used FitDay to get my calories and macros. Thanks.

Meal 1
Multi Vitamin, Vitamin C, Flaxseed Oil
4 Whole Eggs
2 Multigrain Rice Cakes w/ PB
16 oz Milk

Meal 2
Nitrean w/ Milk
2 Multigrain Rice Cakes

Meal 3
Turkey Sandwick or Chicken Wrap
16 oz Milk

Meal 4 (Pre WO)
Nitrean w/ Milk
Banana

Meal 5 (Post WO)
Nitrean w/ Milk, Dextrose, Creatine Mono

Meal 6
Chicken or Salmon or Steak (Mainly Chicken)
Whole Grain Pasta or Rice or Patatos (Mainly Whole Grain Pasta)
Tablespoon Olive Oil
16 oz Milk

Meal 7
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
16 oz Milk

Total Calorie - 3,464
Macros: Protein - 333 (39%), Carbs - 332 (37%), Fat - 97 (24%)

Unless your turkey sandwich/chicken wrap is loaded with salads it doesnt look like enough vegetables for my liking.

Im not saying this to be ignorant but rather really dont know and am wondering ... What exactly do i need vegetables in my diet for? What are the benefits of having them in a bulk diet? I mean they way i look at it is they are really just carbs and if you already have sufficient carbs in your diet what is there purpose?

Vitamins, minerals, fiber, nutrients. Something your current diet is severely missing.

Haha. I actually put on weight rather easily and i want to try to keep it a somewhat clean bulk. I figured 3400 cals would be good to start with. I know it is enough for me to gain weight for right now and i figured as the gains start slowing ill keep adding cals.

Ok the general consensus seems to be i didnt have enough food for a bulk diet. I revamped it a little. Let me know what you guys think. Critique away.

Meal 1
4 Whole Eggs
2 Multigrain Rice Cakes
2 Tbsp PB
Yogurt
16 oz Milk (All Milk 1%)
Multi Vitamin, Flaxseed Oil, Vitamin C

Meal 2
Nitrean
2 Rice Cakes
2 Tbsp PB
8 oz Milk

Meal 3
Turkey and Cheese Sandwich
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
16 oz Milk

Meal 4 (Pre-WO)
Nitrean
Banana
1/2 Cup Oats
8 oz. Milk

Meal 5 (Post-WO)
Nitrean w/ Dextrose and Creatine Mono
8 oz Milk

Meal 6
10-12 oz Chicken
2 Servings Whole Grain Pasta
Garden Salad
16 oz Milk

Meal 7
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
16 oz. Milk

Macros: Protein- 407g (36%) / Carbs- 440g (38%) / Fat- 138g (26%)
