Sides and backs of legs sore from first workout yesterday.

I'm curious as to what your exact goals are. We pretty much have the same stats. I have been in the long process of bulking up. Just under 160 right now and hope to pack on another 15lbs by July. Do you have any pics posted? Good Luck with lifting and the journal. They really help to keep you on track.

I havent come around to posting any pics yet but i will at some point will. Don't really have a specific goal other than to just gain a lot of muscle from now to the end of the summer.
