Well from tommorow i'm gonna start taking cell tech. And I have some questions about it. I'm 18 years old and 5'7'' and 133 lbs - I want to put on as much muscle as possible.

the cell tech recommends servings of 98 grams of mix (not just creatine) which contains 10 grams of creatine each-that's 10 servings for it to end. Well I don't have so much money to spend and I think that it is unuseful to take 10 grams of creatine a day

1)Is 5 grams a day enough?

2)For the load period how many grams should I take?

3)Is it good to take it for 15 days then stop for another 15 and then load again and so on? which means more frequent loads.

Please don't tell me that cell tech is not worth etc. I would appreciate it more if you help me with my questions.

Thanks in advance

You don't need to load the full five days...maybe 2. Then take right before a work-out. You only need 5 grams. 10 is overkill and you piss it out. Make sure to drink lots of water after the workout and during the day. Cell tech will work for you. Good luck.

i agree with JHolmes .....if you are short on cash try something else rather than cell tech. That stuff is very expensive. If you get some dextrose and some regular creatine powder, it's pretty much the same as cell tech, and saves you ALOT of money.

cell tech is overrated and overpriced. its an ok supplement in fact but you can combine some simple things yourself for much less money and get an equal if not better supplement.
