Ok my goal weight right now is about 150-160. How many pounds should I gain when gaining weight if I want to be at that goal when I cut? Should I be going 10 pounds over the goal then cut? or 20?

Depends on your bf% starting out. If you're really lean, then you might only gain a couple lbs of fat during your bulk and not need much of a cut at all. If you have a lot of body fat already, then you may need to be cutting for a while.

Figure out where you want to be when you're done with the post-bulk cut and calculate the LBM you'll have when you get there. Bulk until your LBM is a few pounds above that, then cut down slow to preserve as much as possible. You will lose some, but cut slow and you can minimize it.
