So i took one of my old tires off my truck and put a rope on it and now im ready to start pulling...I was wondering how i should start incorporating into my training schedule,should i do it on my off days,how many times a week to start,trips,distance etc...thanks!

You can do it on any day. I think most do it on off days as a conditioning tool. It could be a great warm up or closer on squat/lower body day as well. Do what ever you want with it. More weight short trips or go for distance/time. Possibilities are endless.
