Was just told that Hoss opened up wiht 945 and smashed it, went 1003 on a second and nailed 3 white lights! Took 1025 on a third and got it as well!

Great job to SuperTraining gym!

1025 I am pretty sure is the highest single ply squat ever. That is an absolutely massive feat of strength.

I'm sure more updates will come in as I believe Mark is going bench only to up his bench record of 810.

After watching the video of him smash something in the mid 900's this is no surprise XD

Any idea what kind of squat this guy is putting up raw?

That was the coolest/scariest lift I've ever seen. All I could think on the 1025 was, "he's going to kill himself" the way he walked it out. Then in vintage Hoss style he shook like he was having a seizure on the way down and smoked it. The guy is awesome. He did win the $1000 which he said he'll donate to the make-a-wish foundation. Needless to say he won best lifter too.

I'm sure there will be video posted at some point. There were only 40+ video cameras on him when he was lifting. It was after 11 PM by the time awards were done though. It was a very long day.
