The picture on the left was taken about a year ago. The picture on the right was taken today.

i see a slight difference... could just be the lighting though. Either way you're 1 solid built dude!

Thanks for all the comments. I agree with you guys I don't look much bigger but I am a lot stronger which is good. I have put on weight but I think it was mostly in my back and my legs.
