Here are some of my vids from my ADFPF meet last saturday:

the bar is definitely crooked on my back, which I think I can fix my re adjusting my shoulder's some more and squatting in front of a mirror some. any other advice on this would be appreciated.

if you'll notice I'm slooooooow off the chest. I think this is because I've never trained with a pause.

How's that for speed! XD I was probably a little too conservative with my deadlifting, but I wasn't sure how a full day of lifting plus no sleep would effect my pulling. Plus the last time I attempted 550 I pulled some serious muscles in my back.

Any advice would be appreciated. I added about 200 lbs to my total from around a year ago, and put on maybe 10 lbs of muscle. Overall, a solid meet! My squat was a state record in the open division, which was pretty surprising, as well as my total, squat, and deadlift records in my age/weight division also (though not necessarily saying much, I'm not entirely sure there was anything other than a bench record in my age group before this meet XD).

Nice lifting. It looks like your squats are below parallel, you'll probably be able to lift more if you stop right at parallel.

if you think you are sloooow off your chest, you should try more speed work and illegal wide grips

thats just how ADFPF judges things from the other videos I've watched. For some comparison, my best bench before this was 285 which was like a month and a half before the comp. My friend teddy did 320 touch and go at 181 but could only hit his opener of 300 (failed twice on 315). It takes a lot out of ya, and I know the pause in other federations is way shorter (from what I remember, even 100% raw).

didn't look like you had much leg drive on your bench. Were you keeping your back tight? Those two seem to help my drive off the chest.

MOAR weight on deadlifts.

LESS depth and walkout on squats. lol.
