Hi Guys!
I've been using creatine, and I've been somewhat sporadic with the use. I work out 4 times a week and on non work out days I have a hard time motivating myself to take it... :(
Will this affect me in an adverse way? I have asked a couple people and they say it is okay.
Also what is the deal with creatine loading? A lot of people have told me it is just a scheme to get you to buy more, and is basically pointless.
What are your guys thoughts on this?
