View Full Version : My Current Cutting Diet Please Critique

I am trying to cut right now and this is the diet I have been doing for about 5 weeks now. The first month I have dropped 11 pounds but the 5th week I saw no decrease in weight. This is my diet the whole day.

The workout I am doing is a circuit training workout 3 days a week and 3 days a week I do cardio. I can tell it is working a bit but I am not sure I am doing everything I should be. what do you guys think?

You probably aren't losing anymore weight because you need to cut back even further on the calories.
I'd ditch the almonds, they are delicious (I used to eat 1lb a week when I was bulking) but they are super calorie dense and aren't very satisfying. Looking at your fitday, I see that you are getting almost 25% of your daily calories from almonds.
I'd add another lean protein source (you should be getting 1g/lb body weight) such as can of tuna.
