If I fry my eggs using OLIVE OIL, will it be consider healthy? I normally crack 4 eggs and remove 2 of the yolks. How's that?

How much oil are you using? You shouldnt need much to lube a pan for some eggs. I use Quaker State. It guards against viscosity breakdown.
Otehrwise I think its fine. I usually eat six, with two yolks.
Eggs...GOOD!

Personally I prefered using cooking spray back when I used to make omlettes, because with a cooking spray there is no risk of hot oil spattering on ya

Why not?
free radicals and the sats become saturated as well.
the smoke off the fat is not good for your health.
the more you re-use fat the more it smokes easily.

I thought that heating an oil robs it of the good fats?? And raw eggs? Salmonella aside, I'm pretty sure that they don't digest properly, ie, wasted protein.
