i'm doing a 2 on, 1 0ff 2 on, 2 off split.
monday-lower body/high intensity
tuesday-upper body/moderate intensity
wednesday-off
thursday-moderate intensity
friday-high intensity
monday-squats, sld's, standing calf raises
tuesday-cable rows, incline bench, bbell curls, overhead press
wednesday-off
thursday- deads, pullthroughs, seated calf raises
friday- bench, pulldowns, close grip bench, rope pulls(rear delts)
cardio is done in the morning before b'fast for 30 minutes and it's moderate. abs are done afterwards, i only do 2 sets of 25 with the double crunch. i have to keep them trained cause of my lower back injury i had last october. i find if they stay tightend up then it helps take stress of the back.
well, that's it in a nut shell. i'll post the results of today's workout later. gotta go.
