As you can see I'm a newbie and everything so any critique is appreciated. I know I forgot hamstrings. And I'm guessing my chest is going to suffer a little bit when I'm doing bench press today.
Current Weight:125 Lbs
Goal: 135 Lbs by year end
That's realistic right?
