so i bought results a while back and decided to use it to bring my bench up. i put squatting and deadlifting on the side lines for a while so i could just focus on bench to reach my goal of 315x1. so before starting results i maxed and i got 295x1. so for thee past month ive been doing 2 board work, floor presses and pause benching for triples one week, then singles the next. so last weekend i finished clse grip floor press with a 15lb pr with 300lbs. so im stoked and say next weekend is the weekend for 315 and thats all im thinking about all week. long story short, i hit 315x1 today for a 20lb pr!
obviously not just my bench went up but all my assistance went up to with like 15lb prs coming out the ying yang.
