View Full Version : Hunger After Going To Bed

So I just got into the regimen of eating bigger and more meals everyday. That's all good but when it's time to go to bed, I begin to feel VERY hungry. The problem got so bad last night I fell asleep 2:30 in the morning. There are certain reasons I can't eat after I go to bed, so I wanted to know what I could do to help with this problem.

I eat a 200g tub of cottage cheese every night before I go to bed. Usually with a few rice cakes for flavour and a handful of peanuts afterwards.

Yeh, eat a big meal before bed. Cottage cheese as suggested above is a great choice.

Make sure to add in some fat with your pre-bed meal, along with your protein. This should fill you up good and slow the digestion process of your protein even more.

So you're trying to get bigger and you're eating more but you are confused about why you are hungry at times? I suggest eating more.

Nitrean shake before bed works for me. You can mix it with whole milk if you're looking to gain.
