First off I'm 6'0 and 165lbs. I'm trying to put on about 15lbs without adding too much fat, I dont mind if this takes a little longer. I've been doing stronglift 5x5 since early Feb I believe. I've also switched to lifting during my lunch break at work recently. My sat/sun diet kinda falls apart a little but for the most part its fairly consistent. Just wanted some feedback on what I should add/change to help improve my gains.

Avg day looks something like this:

breakfast:
bagel with cream cheese
granola bar
multivitamin

pre workout:
protein bar

post-workout/lunch:
turkey sandwich

snack:
unsalted mixed nuts

when I get home:
protien shake
some type of fruit

dinner:
chicken & pasta

before bed:
english muffin with lots of peanut butter
sometimes a spinach salad

Anything I should add/change?

Add a bako shake.

What are the macros for this day? Besides all the carbs this is similar to my cutting diet.
