Hey guys, its me, im going to try to post on here as much as i can and try to get away from the darn car forums, thats why i havent been on anymore, i definatly miss this site and all of you guys.

Im around 250-255 pounds right now, prob 21%, and my stomach at the belly is 39. not too bad.

Diet sucks, its inconsistant and i dont even take any supplements anymore, but im still gaining. I eat like ****.

Training has been very good aside from tweeking my back pretty bad warming up on RBDL, with 315!

Best bench as of today is 525 with two singles taped together, i need a new shirt! i also locked out 895 with the same shirt and reverse monster bands, off a 4 board. As for RAW pressing ive done 425 off a 2 board and 445 off a 3 board, but who cares about that.

Best deadlift has only been 605 with suit bottoms, im getting too fat to pull heavy, it sucks.

Squats have been going very well, i EASILY squatted 705 for 3 with the SSB! only the last rep was close to parallel, just a belt and my single ply squatter that i put on by myself.

I have also done 605 x 3 on Cambered Bar GMs with my suit bottoms on.

I hope to post more on here, but i cant assure i will, time is limited these days, but im still lifting!

...and im still only 19 =D

I've been on that forum before... back when I thought I was going to get a 02 'Vette when I got back from Iraq.

WOW so i left you guys again this time for 4 months, im sorry the car forums consume me!!!

another quick update...

Rob McCray is now benching with us on sundays and boy is he a strong man...

Last best in the shirt is 585 2-board and barely missed 625, also did 525 off the 3 board raw with reverse green taking about 50 lbs off the bottom
Pulled 605 with the trap bar and havent pulled in months
Been doing alot of speed work on squats, havent been going heavy because my left knee is pretty ****ed up, did 455 raw ATF with the cambered bar a few weeks ago.

Training for the IPA nationals in York nov 22, its my chance at a 2000 total but i need to squat 800+ to do it. my weight is 251 currently.

since ive been back at least, i jinxed myself about a year ago saying im never hurt, well it caught up. lifting weights like this your bound to get hurt a little i think. i get plenty of calories from half good half bad. no rehab i just work through it.

Did they ever explain to you why they set the bands up that way? Is it there only option with that rack? Typically with reverse bands the bands completely deload before lockout...just curious.

When you guys setup the bands, they are set so high that they take off a ton of weight, but they don't fully deload at the top. Just curious why they choose to do it that way instead of lowering them. Ya know?

It must be tight as hell then if your form is perfect. Keep wearing it, the metal stuff stretches out a ton. My pro briefs took me 30 minutes to get on, and about a month or 2 later they slide up like gym shorts.

Christmas Carnage 12/5/09

So i bombed out.. heres how it went

usual warmups, bar, 135, 185, 225, 275, 315, 405 3 board, 500 2 board...

545 opener - foot slipped at lockout and ass came up
555 - smoke show, but two red lights for ass coming up

very very aggravated and lost confident, partner had me change my feet and it was extremely uncomfortable

570 x nothing left.

im pretty upset, i have the strength to bench 600, i just need to correct my form and get my confidence back.

might go to the gym today and work on form, although i am pretty beat up.

thx guys, my strength is there for well over 560.. i may get a new shirt as well, as you can see the rage x doesnt give **** on lockout, and i have lots of power off the bottom

Yeah, I would listen to Vin and mess with your foot placement. That has a ton to do with the butt coming up.

the pad is actually a bit lower then what we train on chris, no one has mentioned it to me before.

seems that feet WAY back on the balls of my feet worked a little better.

Great workout, i didnt post mondays squats because they were terrible. I worked up to 475 raw off a 13 inch box with the giant cambered bar then put my double ply metal suit bottoms on, which were screaming tight. I really didnt get a good set in and need alot of practice.

missed bench on sunday due to weather... yesterdays lower day was nothing worth posting again, none of my partners showed up to help me with my suit so i did RB rack pulls 4 inches below the knee, taking about 60 lbs off the bottom, almost ripped my pec off @ 715 so that sucked, didnt make it. Then i was disoriented and just did some raw squats up to 405 x 3 but ripped my pants so i just left, BLAH!!!
