So is Nitor worth it and if so is it ok just by itself?

Worth it for what?

What are your goals?

You need to give us just a little bit more info before we can recommend one of our products.

Nitor is excellent for energy as well as fat burning

Atlarge makes a quality product...

Would be nice to see them in retail outlets as well

I am just looking to tone more now. I was on SS for awhile and it worked wonders but I am not trying to gain too much more wait and I would like to move towards a more cardio driven workout and do higher rep exercises to tone so I thought Nitor would be a good idea to help that by burning fat.

I think you should reconsider your approach to fat loss. You should be lifting heavy when trying to lose fat. Some cardio is fine, but you need to hold onto your muscle. I'd get a solid program set in stone (and diet) then add in Nitor.
