Not my biggest weight, but a step back in the right direction.
I've been at war with a chornic pain in both wrists since January. I was suqatting through it, however these past 2 months I have been working exclusively on the wrists and squatting ligh twice a week for maitenence.
The wrists are now finally healing, luckily I don't have to surgery. So I figured I would see where the leg stregnth is at. Hopefully I can blast by my old pb of 428 and hit 460+ by the end of the year.
Indeed, the rehab for the wrists will take a while, as will working back into proper lifting, so for the mean time my coach has decided we are going to work on having some of the strongest teenage legs on the planet. Fine by me.
