Opticen and Creatine

Will it be ok to mix my Opticen with creatine monohydrate. I figured since the opticen has carbs it should be good but just want to make sure.

Or will it be better to mix with gatorade?

Opticen does not have much in the way of simple carbohydrates which is what you look for when trying to optimize creatine uptake (sugars).

It should work just fine though if you are talking about your PWO shake. One thing that you can do is mix your PWO shake with about 8 oz. apple juice for some simple sugars - this also tastes very good.
