I was just writing out my numbers for my 5/3/1 program that I plan to start monday and I noticed on week 4 the deload my work set weights are the same as my warm ups should I just do warm up and start over again or just do warm up sets?

With the percentages being 40, 50, and 60 percent, you really shouldn't need too many warm ups before you can hit those numbers. Just go through it once.

Just do the 40-50-60 and call it a day. The deload is supposed to be light and easy so don't make it too complicated.

If the warm up weight is the same as one of the prescribed weights then it isn't a warm up.

Just do the work sets at that lighter weight for that week.

The de-load is not really set in stone....I have read numerous times on elite where he states to simply de-load however you feel is necassary to recover/ be ready for the next cycle.....
