Today, after hitting 3 sets of band pushdowns, I decided to try 1-arm band crossovers.
I thought of the exercise as a unique way to strengthen the ligaments/tendons stressed while pressing.
To perform 1-arm band crossovers, I looped a band around the to top cross-bar and braced myself with the non-performing arm.
The motion of the movement was a bit awkward, but I always like to try new things.
What are band exercises you guys have come up with?
I thought we might be able to create an index of unique band exercises.
