I have really been increasing my jiu jitsu training lately, and one weakness I have is my flexibility. I know that my jj training will help this, but I am looking for a great flexibility workout I can do daily so I can increase my flexibility even quicker. Does anyone have any links to some good flexibility workouts, that they know are great for jiu jitsu (I know the basic ones like the triangle choke position, but I want a complete one that will increase my flexibility from all angles).

Thanks

Jumpstretch bands are very good for a passive stretch.

I would check out the JS stretching series that elite filmed....Here is a link to the youtube page.....Depending on flexibility...I would probaly go with a green band...

Do overhead squats. Not with any weight just practice them with an empty bar or a broomstick. Fight to keep your form right the whole way (arched back, knees out over toes, active shoulder). I find these do wonders.
