Anyone else know that Kraft Dinner now comes in whole wheat? Now I don't feel as guilty eating crappy food! In my opinion it actually tastes better than the original.

I didn't even know that, I knew they made KD crackers now thanks to that ridiculous math-loving monkey commercial. Gotta go get some things later, I'll look for this and try it out.

It might be in wheat but what is it really made out of? If it isn't 100% whole wheat it isn't really that much better for you.

This reminds me of when McDonald's switched the oil they fry with. People kept saying "Oh, McDonald's fries are healthier now..."
Its still mac n cheese...still processed whole wheat and powdered cheese with a bunch of salt.
Better than before...but still cannot match steamed rice and veggies.

But now it has fiber and more protein! Can only bee good ha.
I was trying to figure this out before. what is the nutritional breakdown of the cheese packets in mac and cheese? you can always buy the package, throw away the macaroni and use the cheese. not cost effective, but hey.. its tasty.
