I am considering a fat burner to help me in the last stages of dropping my BF%.
What are the Pro's / Con's of these two supplements in comparison to one another? I dont struggle to much with appetite or energy so my main focus would be on what the supplement is doing to actually burn, not assist in those mentioned areas.

The primary mechanisms by which fat burners aid you in losing fat are in this order:
1) Increased Energy
2) Appetite Suppresion
3) Increased caloric expenditure (burn)
This general rule applies to nearly all fat burners, unless you want to talk about DNP or Clen (both illegal).
NITOR is much more potent than thermocin. If you drink a lot of coffee, NITOR is a better choice.

No, not looking for something so drastic it's illegal. I drink a Venti coffee every weekday morning, dont know if you consider that a lot.
Hmmm, so i guess your telling me that if I am not struggling with appetite / energy to save my money?

Simply not struggling with energy isn't really what the issue is about or even appetite.
If you want to lose weight, you have to change something in what you are doing right now. Part of that (along with a quality diet) is appetite supression and the extra energy to help you do more work
Recently I've been on a short cut and have been taking Nitor twice daily. It gives me a massive kick to get my cardio work done, which previously I would not have had the energy or desire to do after my training sessions.
The appetite supression is excellent as well. It won't make you never want to take a bite of food, but it will nicely take the edge off your hunger.
I freakin love the stuff. I've been doing it for about 3 weeks now and Im down a nice slow 12lbs.

Where do you buy Nitor Mr. Bell? Sounds like some decent results, do you happen to know if this is NCAA legal?

you buy Nitor direct from the maker: www.atlargenutrition.com
No idea if NCAA allows it. its a very strong thermogenic compound though. its meant for serious fat loss. thermocin is good too (i've used both products), but its more along the lines of hydroxycut...except Thermocin actually works. Really, I should say thermocin is a lot like the ECA stack, but uses naturally occuring ephedra-like alkaloids, an herb based caffine, and white willow bark for the aspirin.
The ECA is proven...has scientific research. Makes Thermocin look good.

Here (http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=12) is where Nitor is.
I'm not sure if it's NCAA legal, but you can easily find out. Just read the ingredients and then check the list of banned substances on the NCAA site.
I'd hazard a guess it's not illegal, but check to be sure. Each pill only has like 50mg or so of caffeine

How much do you weigh now and what is your BF estimate? From your sig it says you were 25% 3 months ago.
What has your diet been and have you seen good results?
What are you considering the "last stages of dropping your BF"?
Have you been hitting the weights hard? How have your gains been?
Basically what I am getting at is whether or not a $50 supplement would even be worth it at this point in your training. If you are new to lifting I would make the most of the newbie gains and just clean up your diet. You will lose some fat and keep increasing your strength. In the long run, fat loss is a hell of a lot easier than strength gain.

I cant tell you my exact BF% because I suck at using the calipar, I would guess 15 to 17. I can tell you I now wiegh 153, so I am down nearly 25 pounds. More importantly my stomach circumference has decreased over 4 inches in just under 4 months. I have lost size in chest, legs and arms to, but not as dramatic because most of my fat was stored in the ole gut.
Diet, I stay around 1700 cals on most days. Chicken, PB, Broccoli and whey are the staples of the diet.
Program, lift heavy 3 times a week doing compound excersices. (Press, Squat, Bench) Also, I play basketball 2 times a week and sprints once a week. I recently went to supersets based on the advise of some trusted posters here.
Anyway, it's been over 3 months and my progress has slowed. I made the supersets change as mentioned earlier, just looking for that little extra edge to carry me over. Maybe my metabolism has just slowed?
