Hello,
I used to be a regular on the forum and was pretty heavily dedicated, I even had training partners, but then real life got in my way (insert girlfriend and soon-to-be wife + house + full time salary job after college) and tricked me into thinking that I didn't have time to work out, or dedicate at least a few hours of my week in the gym.
Instead I fell victim to video games, watching TV, and surfing car forums (I don't own a 04 Civic anymore even though my name says otherwise).
Anyways, my goals for the remainder of May are this:
1.) Find out maintenance cals
2.) Develop plan and set longer term goals (size gain)
3.) Start basic routine
Here is what I am thinking... Something simple, but nothing too extravagant.
Workout A:
Squat: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Deadlift: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Chin ups: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Workout B:
Squat: Same as A
Military Press: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Bench Press: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Dips: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
That is it! I plan to start Wednesday.
