Here is what i mean by that last bit...

It Started with 3 chins and a fear of removing my shirt. (175 plus)

So I trained hard, not knowing to much but made some progress. (165+)

Now I feel comfortable removing the shirt but want much more! (-155)

I think another couple weeks, maybe 6, with some fat burner supps and I will be sattisfied to the point where I will want to build instead of lose. I want to get there so bad! Notice the tan? Oh yeah, in public with out the ****rt! lol

Good job thinning out. You are by no means musclebound but you are definitely looking lean.

Oh yeah, no false illusions of being musclebound. I just want to get trimmed real good before I start my first bulk.
