I am just now starting to work out again. I am 26 years old. About 5'10' 215 Lbs. I happen to have a pretty big gut compared to the rest of me., doesn't match my arm and leg size if you know what I mean...
Now, I'm cluless about good supplements to use, I mean there are so many things out there its just confusing...So what products would work best for me to lose the fat quick! Also besides trimming down, I would like to add muscle, which I know comes in eventually(I used to be bigger in highschool) So I'd like to find products for that as well..
A quick question about creatine. For someone like me who has fat to burn, would creatine be useless and just add fat?

You want to lose fat quickly, eat less. Eat 1,000 calories a day less than what you burn and you will lose 2 pounds a week.
Supplements will not make you lose weight faster. "Fat burners" will give you more energy throughout the day when you are eating a lot less.
Plain creatine is odorless, flavorless, and has zero calories. It will not make you fatter. If you buy creatine loaded with sugar, it will add calories to your diet.
Try reading some of the information on the site and then post more refined questions. Otherwise you run a high risk of being flamed for being a lazy ass. Combined with your goal of "OMG FAST WEIGHT LOSS, I NEED SUPPLEMENTS!!!", you really may come across as lazy. Losing weight is 75% diet, 25% exercise, and 1000% consistency.

No, that's the answer you wanted. The answer you need is to diet and not worry about doing it quickly.

There is no legal supplement for fast fatloss. If you want to look at less then legal alternatives then there are plenty that work great.

Thermogenics help if your diet is in check, they won't magically burn fat while you eat Mcdonalds.

Why the rush?
Aim for steady and consistent weight loss, particularly if you are trying to maintain/gain muscle at the same time.
Make sure your diet is spot on (use the diet forum to help plan one for your goals), do a couple of sessions of cardio on top of your weight training and use a thermogenic like thermocin or nitor and I think you will be pleased with your progress.

You know, it's sad but I think this is the mentality most people have these days. We'll see if Mr. Beller continues posting or heads for the hills because actually getting in shape requires a lot more work than talking about it.
Sorry OP, I'm a little bitter. I took the time to write you an honest post on the effectiveness of fat burners when incorporated into a diet and exercise program and you completely disregarded my post for someone else saying "dood taking NITOR will burn the fatzz!!1".
I guess you're like everyone else looking for the easy way out. Read my response to your question again, it may not be the most flowery thing ever written, but it's the truth.

He asked for supplements, so I gave him just that. He was given good advice here but ultimately, its up to him to apply it. If he can't understand that supplements are just that, then he won't get anywhere hoping a pill is gonna do the work for him.

He asked for supplements
No, he asked for a magic pill that will melt away the fat. He didn't want to hear that he actually had to work and change his lifestyle.
Most people don't understand what a supplement actually is. Look at the commercials for Hydroxycut, Leptopril, Loseyourfatassinol, and all the rest of that garbage. The public is brainwashed to believe that salvation comes in pill form.
The more time you spend reading these forums, the more you'll realize it.

We don't know if he's unwilling to work for fat loss, but by not responding he's saying just that. I wasn't expecting to get flamed over a simple answer (even though I am well aware that there is no such thing as a fast fat loss pill and its all in the diet)

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie "Bigger, Stronger, Faster." In it, he demonstrates a photoshoot for the afore-mentioned supplements. 99% of the time, the guys in the picture don't even use the supplements, and then for the before and after shots, they are both taken on the same day and photoshopped to make a guy look muscled.
My brother took Hydroxycut for a week and was so wired he couldn't even sleep at night... doesn't exactly seem like the best thing to do to get more healthy...

This was probably due to a weak caffeine tolerance, just saying.. however, hydroxycut has been pulled from the shelves by the FDA
Bigger, Stronger, Faster does an awesome job of showing what the supplement industry is really about though

I wasn't at all flaming you bud. In fact, I like your posting style because you provide links to everything, which is very helpful.
I was flaming the OP a little though.

I keep reading these hints toward illegal fat burners on several threads. Sorry, but whats the point of this little hide and seek game. Come out with it or why mention it?

Check the anabolic section if you want info on illegal drugs. Clen, DNP, and others are great fatloss agents with some potentially nasty nasty sides.

1) They are illegal.
2) Some are EXTREMELY dangerous. I'm talking doses in the micrograms, and an effective dose that's half of the ld-50.
3) He didn't ask about them.
4) Some people like you (I said like), overweight, inexperienced, etc. will take these no questions asked and end up really hurting themselves.
Do some research on DNP if you want to know what I'm talking about. That is one example.

I would not recommend anyone go out and try DNP. It is a pesticide; that should tell you the kind of side effects that you are looking it...
Here is some additional information:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2,4-Dinitrophenol (This one is cited with scientific info)
http://www.synthetek.com/Articles/dnpinfo.html (This one is from someone who talks about how the substance is used/abused).

Let's not get too far off topic. If someone is looking for a quick fix, there isn't one - unless you are willing to trade your health and in extreme cases even your life. There are plenty of OTC supplements out there to boost energy levels for people who have the discipline, determination, and knowledge to get in shape.
The #1 factor is going to be diet, after that comes training, and finally supplements. Supplements can raise your metabolism and give you the energy to fuel your program - but you should not be basing everything around a "diet pill".
**Always consult with a physician before begining any supplement regimen, diet, or training program.

I have mentioned before I am not interested in something that drastic. Of course I dont expect you to remember that with the amount of visitors on this site, just stating that for the record. I just don't understand why they keep getting hinted at by multiple posters.

When someone posts "cutting fat quick" people assume that you are looking for a shortcut, and so they suggest some pretty harsh compounds since those will give you the fastest results - but also be balanced with the worst side effects.
As I mentioned above, it is easy to set up a quality program and how much you achieve is up to you from that point. All comes down to discipline and how bad you want it.

You mean you guys don't have a connection for the magic fat loss pill?? I know a guy who also has a pill that makes your dong grow a cool foot. Stack them together and nothign can stop you.

you could investigate peptide supplementation. A combination of CJC1295 and GHRP-6 shot on an empty stomach (ie fasted state) increases lipolysis drastically.

also you will never ever have the most bizarre and realistic dreams than on this stuff. Wake up about 3am or so when you piss or whatever, and inject this mix (maybe 200 micrograms of each) and then fall back asleep (quick though cause the GHRP-6 will make your stomach GROWL). Dreams will ensue that are so bizarre and crazy and fun/fantastic. Its quite the trip.

The only way to lose fat quickly is liposuction. The only alternative is a proper diet and exercise regimen with a side of patience. This stuff doesn't come overnight, it takes hard work and dedication.
