3 times a day I consume Nitrean with 2 cups of milk - 40grams protein. 5 days a week I consume Opticen with 3 cups of milk and 2 tbsp peanut butter - 72 grams protein. Along with the fact that I have three meals because thats all I have time for. Maybe I'm just impatient but today has been one week and I haven't gained anything.

Is this a serious question? Do you think some nitrean and some opticen are magically going to make you gain weight?

Eat MORE, jebus.

3 meals plus the nitreaon should equal a good load of calories. how heavyily dense are the meals caloricly speaking? i only have 3 meals a day including my shake and i hit 3600-4000 calories 200 grams of proteins .

Keep checking your results every 2 to 3 weeks.. and see your progress.. Because if your working out, eating, and taking all that stuff..than you should see some results within 3 weeks for sure...

if not, than maybe think about harder workouts or a better supplement?

they're pretty serious. I dunno... maybe I am gaining weight. Its just that I get bloated because of the milk in my shakes. So I dont count that when I weigh myself, but otherwise it says I gained 2 pounds.

Are you lifting weights and getting stronger?

Also, one week isn't that long, but I'd still expect to see some difference. Eat more at meal times, lift heavy and give it a month.

whats pretty serious your meals? id use fitday i used to think iwas eating a lot, and now that i use fitday i realize that the point in my day that i think ive hit 3000 ive really only eaten 1900 so now i keep track of my calories and aim for no less than 3500-4000 calories and 190-200 grams of proteins. to be honest the quality of the foods i eat isnt great 70 percent of my diet is milk based ftws.

At least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, preferably more. Eat. You will gain weight.

3 300 calories meals or 3 1500 calorie meals? Who knows. If your not gaining weight then eat more. Without knowing what your daily calorie intake is from your 3 meals then who knows what to tell you besides eat more.

Don't think of your gains in terms of days or weeks. Rather, think of them in terms of months and years. That realization hit me hard a few weeks ago. Keep lifting heavy and eat. You'll see the results in time but it won't happen overnight.
