Which is better? Is it worth spending the extra money to take A, B-Complex, C, D, & E individually or to just get a multivitamin?

just grab a 15 dollar bottle of mens once a day from costco and call it a day if you must..... 120 day supply or 90 I believe.
You should add a "neither" option :D

how is a vitamin or multi made? I look at the back and see about 20-40 different vitamins/aminos/ingredients and then look at this little (well not that little) pill. It looks you like get a needle head or less of each vitamin.. i guess thats all you need but i dont understand the process by which they can synthesize each vitamin... stir it in a big vat then combine that with other vats to make one big vat that must be somehow homogenized so that each vitamin is evenly dispursed throughout the whole vat then push it out and stamp it into a pill. And its common knowledge or commonly accepeted amongst weightlifters/people who use these vitamins that the price and name brand really doesn't play a role in a better made vitamin that the cheapest method/product
just seems strange to me.
