i used to take them they are cheap and underhyped. i took 3 chewables a day. just as good as any of the top selling vitamins.

honestly Wal-Mart's Equate vitamins are just as cheap and not a bad alternative (5$ for 100 count bottle)

Can you chime in with this advice on the vitamin thread in the diet section? Geez I think my head might explode from all the idiots paying 60 bucks for Orange Triad or whateverthehell the new SUPER EXTREME vitamin is these days.

i only take a b vit but isnt their a difference in quality? I would think if a cheapie companie can synthasize a vitamin cheaper enough to put it legally on the label then they would. Is there varying quality in vitamin sources?
