hi, i ordered my ETs and was wondering if it contained creatine? From reading the label it doesn't seem to but t thought i'd ask

There is not creatine in ETS, it is basically ZMA and microlactin. It is a great product and really helps to reduce DOMS.

I found just taking 4 at night to be effective and easier on the wallet.

yep 4 a night worked great for me. Be ready for a soporific effect (the magnesium I believe has this effect). Sleep is great on this stuff (ZMA too).

I'm going to get some bulk microlactin powder and some bulk zinc, magnesium powders. Much easier on my wallet. I can get a 3 month supply and mix my own bulk powders for the price of a one month supply of ETS.
