Weight: 165lbs
Height: 5ft 10

Max Lifts: Bench Press: 225lbs
Squat: 319lbs
Deadlift: 330lbs

But seriousley it totally depends on what you want. If you want bigger muscles then you gotta eat big and train big. If you want to be the next Usain Bolt you've got to do so much running your feet sing. Personally I would do the first option but thats the beauty of personal opinion right?

You're much stronger than you look, i wouldn't have guessed you could put up those numbers on that frame, you have a lot of raw strength. I'll be interested in the progression, good luck
