Thank God for giving me the strength to accomplish my goal.

Here it is, I knocked out 501 today (16 May 09) on my fourth attempt at the NASA BP Nationals in Denver. Thanks NASA family for all your support.

Wow, that's crazy. No wrist wraps either. Did you lift that off yourself? It didn't look like the spotters helped you. What weight class are you? Congrats!

Thanks man. The meet was at this Quality Inn off of exit 214A. I live in Colorado Springs.

I lifted off myself. I train alone so I decided to lift how I train and it worked out well. I weighed in at 223.6, and that put me in the 242 weight class.
