Took vids of my squat, bench, and BOR today. First time seeing myself squat in about 4 months and first time seeing myself bench or do BOR. Not sure if the angle of the bench vids are helpful or not. Any feedback is very much appreciated.

It looks like you might want to go a smidge lower on your squats but thats just my opinion. Your back is way too rounded on BOR's. That is just asking for an injury. I would lower the weight and really work on form. Think about keeping your head up more and arching your back more. Do you have tight hamstrings BTW?

nice videos man but you should squat a lot lower and start touching your chest on bench.

Your BOR needs a bit of work mate. Keep your back straight as possible and don't use your legs to drive the weight up.

First of all, kudos for posting the vids man.

Your squat could go a little lower. I love ATG squats, but I think as long as you're going parallel you're all set (that's just my opinion, and I'm a nobody, really :)) You may want to go a little lighter and go ATG as that should help your parallel squat out tons, but not bad man.

To echo, be careful with your BORs. Don't want to get hurt man :)

He is...

I was wondering what he was talking about.

I wish I could give advice but I'll leave that for the more experienced. I agree with above, kudos for posting, you'll get some solid advice.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. It is amazing what you can think your body is doing vs. what it is actually doing. I'll have to video myself more often while working on my form changes. I did BOR Wed and was at a gym so was able to do it in front of a mirror and really focused on keeping my back straight. I had to drop the weight about 15lbs. I'll work on going deeper on my squats too.

i believe you're squating to parallel so i think your squats are fine. like others said, on your BOR you need to keep your back straighter.
