Was going too pick up Glutamin and a whey protein.Whey is fine. Don't bother with the Glutamine.

Here is a good basic supplement list:
- Multi-Vitamin
- Fish Oil
- Whey Protein for Post-Workout (Isolate is the best form)
- Creatine Product (Creapure is the best place to start)
- Protein Blend for Meal Replacement / Bedtime

If your diet is good you may not need the multi-vitamin. Fish oil supports overall cardiovascular health, creatine will increase strength and endurance, and protein will help you to recover from training and build muscle.

Protein would be the first thing on my list.

Do not waste money on NO-products, Glutamine, etc.

Umm cheapest way is to go to Wal-mart and get the body fortress creatine and protein. Around 30 dollars worth and it actually works..

Just because something is "cheap" does not mean that you are getting a great value. For example, there is another thread on here where a gentleman is experiencing extreme stomach discomfort with those same products.

As I mentioned above a good quality protein shake is the best place to start, and for general health a multi-vitamin & fish oil. The next thing to add in would be creatine monohydrate, and don't waste money on glutamine - if you have a good protein shake it will already contain enough glutamine and BCAA's.
