I drink Soy Protein. The protein grams are more or less the same as whey, but I've heard soy perhaps isnt good for muscle growth or something. Its just Dairy products dont sit well in my gut. Is soy a feasable substitute?

Soy is fine.I myself, just have a hard time digesting soy.

I heard that some ing's in Dairy products such as milk have CLA's or something in

I have a pint a day and it ant done me no harm

I'd never do it. It's got a lower bioavailability than whey but soy in general isn't as healthy as people have been led to believe it is.

I've read that soy protein shouldn't make up a large percentage of a weight training male's diet.

Some is fine, a lot is not.
