I started taking Nitor last week and was curious how everyone times their meals when using this supplement because I have cut all other stimulants and have been tired as hell without my morning pick-me-up.

I started with 1 pill in the morning, and one in the afternoon and didn't feel much of caffeine buzz. The past 3 days I have been taking 2 in the morning (7:00 am) and 2 right before 1:00 p.m. and have still been pretty lethargic all day.

Before I jump up to 6 pills a day, I wanted some input as to whether or not I just need to time my meals differently. In the morning, I will usually eat 15 minutes after taking the first 2 pills. Since I am on a cut it is usually just some almonds and a carrot or apple followed by a protein shake around 10 am.

At lunch, I will typically have 1-2 chicken breasts, mixed vegetables, and a piece of fruit and then take the other 2 pills after I eat.

Would it help to wait longer before eating in the morning?

Should I eat protein first and then fats in the morning?

Should I take the second 2 before my lunch as opposed to after?

Or should I just go to 6 pills a day and see how it goes?

I wouldn't worry about timing your meals per se, sounds like you're good on that

But what you can do is try 3 in the am and 2 in the pm and see if that makes a difference

Should that not work, go to the full 3 am and 3pm

Some people are just more resistant to stimulants than others. You sound like someone who is resistant to them. Nitor doesn't have a huge load of caffeine in it though, it works by the other ingredients in it. I take 2 in the am and 1 in the afternoon and I am going like the energizer bunny all day long (well maybe more like the energizer ground hog...) and I have a huge tolerance to caffeine. I freaking love Nitor

Taking 3 at a time is what really lit me up.

Thanks guys, I took three this morning and I am plowing through my morning workload! I will take 2 this afternoon and see if that gets me through the rest of the day!
