I have read many westside articles, watched damn near all the videos, and read Elitefts westside ebook, and there is one thing that i find conflicting. In the Elite article it says they never squat wide on ME day to relieve hip stress. However, in all the westside articles & videos there is nothing I can find about changing the stance for ME compared to DE.
I have been doing wide both days and had success, but I am curious if someone can elighten me on what is "correct". Thanks

I think it must have to do with the server issue we had.

When I visited Westside Lou told me to always train out wide, but this was for sumo deadlifts; might be different on squats

If you ME in briefs, suit, or full gear, then go wide. If you ME raw, then go narrow.

That makes sense. I just got briefs, so that works well for me :)
