I don't want to hijack this thread but this video is absolutely incredible. One of the big reasons that inspired me to get my squat max up.

Why do his knees dip inwards like that? I've seen a lot of Oly lifters do this.

I think it's from lack of glute involvement in the squat... could be wrong and if I am, I'm sure I'll soon be corrected haha.

Those pictures are great, looks like they would not agree with some discussion in another forum on a 6th grader lifting weight. They start them quite young over there

Normally you are correct, but I suspect that is a trained technique as I have seen it more than once with Olympic lifters.
