Damn...a big boy, right? In january 2007 I started my physical adventure, the eternal cut. Let's skip to May 2009:

12% BF or so now (machine rated), and working to 8-10% before I start a nice slow bulk. I can't ****ing wait. I'm like 90% done with the weight loss, and only need to knock off about 20 more lbs before I can actually lift for strength again!!!
