So i'm back and hopefully here to stay!
So a few videos below of what I've been getting up to in my absence.
Basically I am training for strongman events and I tell you something It is one of the best types of training there is!
Below are some sandbag exercises which really do push you through strength plateaus!
130lb sandbag x 12 (military press)
