Every time I bulk i turn into a fat mess becuase I get paranoid Im not eating enough and end up overeating. I'm stuck in a vicious circle of bulk get too fat, gain some muscle, then cut lose too much muscle trying to shift too much fat.

So pissed off with myself.

Get a fixed diet where you eat the exact same things in the same portions everyday. Only eat that food. You will not be able to overeat anymore. Adjust calories when you stop gaining.

Yea, I think I just need to write down EVERYTHING that goes in me for a month and see what scale says weekly.

Time to go do some fatloss :(

Use www.fitday.com to track your calories mate. If you start to go over what you should be eating then adjust your diet accordingly.

Man, you're just head****ing yourself. The first step is to relax. Track your intake with FitDay as Matt said. If you start to gain too much fat, eat less. Take a set of photos and measurements every 2 weeks. Lift hard and heavy. It's really not rocket science.
