Why is it that it takes me two days to become sore after workouts. My trainer says that I shouldn't even really be sore anymore just tight. Does either make any sense???

Don't listen to your trainer. Sometimes I'm sore for a week.

Your trainer does not know what it's like to punish himself. I am constantly pushing my body past its limits. That's why I am sore all the time. That's also why I take contrast shoiwers and ETS http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=5

I'm finding the more GPP I do and small recovery workouts I do, the less I get sore from DOMS. However, I'm a girl and I lift very girly weights. Your results may differ, haha.
