Okay well to make a long story short this is the first time i've ever bought supplements besides creatine and some protein from GNC... I was going to go through atlarge but my buddie talked me into buying stuff with him off massnutrition becasue of free shipping.

I bought superpump250 , cell mass and syntha 6 protein

Superpump 250 gave me a killer stomach ache is this common ? I would assume so.

Cell mass all my cell mass is rock hard in the bottle i had to take a spoon and chizzle it.

Syntha 6 protein is the only thing that is good tasting and nothing wrong with it.

Courious to know if anyone else had any of these problems

My buddies and I usually call Super Pump 250, Super Poop because of what it does to you.

I'd just drop that and the Cell mass, replace the cell mass with some good ol' creapure

Syntha 6 is fine, just a tad expensive though but if you like it, then stick with it

It sounds like the cell mass was not sealed properly, the product should still work alright but I would check the expiration date. Older batches of cell mass were recalled at one point I believe during the CEE controversy that BSN was going through last year. Next time I would just pick up some Creatine 500 for $14 for a 3 month supply.

SuperPump250 "super-dump" causes the stomach discomfort because of the stimulants. The product has a fair amount of caffeine and other stimulants which gives a lot of people problems. My advice would be to start off with a half serving and let your body build a resistance to the product, if possible.

Syntha-6 is good tasting protein, the only negative would be the 6 grams of fat and 14 grams carbs with only 22 grams protein for those who are dieting.

Hell of a deal? Just think of what $87 in chicken/steak/fish would be!

seriously. I like Gaspari but Size on seems like kind of a waste. Is it working for you?

He is taking SuperPump250 - they are different products, although the packaging and some of the ingredients are similar.

I've heard SuperPump being called SuperDump. I'm taking SizeOn right now but when it runs out I'm just gonna get creatine mono. It did make me stronger, but not worth the price tag for me. Everyone tries the brand name supplements until they find what they like and then find the cheaper alternative.

has the same problem with superpump and black powder. start off with a half dose for a while then bump your dose back up.

Try taking it with warm water.

Just a tip that helps some people :) Seems to help quicker absorption and lessen the irritant effect.

i've taken all the products you've mentioned

Superpump250- just get your system used to it, eventually you'll build a tolerance. Be disciplined on taking this at least 45 minutes before your workout, and dont take it 5 hours before you plan to sleep

Size On- is good stuff, very potent

I just decided to try Syntha 6. you can find a handful of QUALITY protein supplements out there. Obviously there is just as many crappy ones too.

i'm takng the mochachino right now, and you cant beat the taste and ease of mixing

What specific benefits did you realize from Size On? You mention that it is "good stuff, very potent" but I would be curious about something more quantitative such as "helped me to gain weight" or "boosted strength", etc.

I have heard mixed reviews on a lot of Gaspari products.

Syntha-6 does taste good but would be more comparable to an MRP or possibly even "mass gainer" based on the macronutrient profile. When two scoops of your protein has 396 calories / 12 grams fat / 28 grams carbs / 44 grams protein - I would not consider it a good option for a lean protein source or even for post-workout.
