A pretty good deal

I bought a 2 month supply of kre alkaline creatine for 30 bucks. I was curious to see if it makes a difference from monohydrate. I took mono back in the day and didn't really notice a difference at all. I would have not bought kre alkaline if it wasn't as cheap as it was. I will let everyone know about my results.

I used atlarge's brand. I didn't really have any negative side effects or benefits. Either creatine is really subtle and I haven't noticed it or it just doesn't work for me.
